Primary member - your member number is your username with "00" before your number. Example, if your member number is 1234, use entering 001234. Password:
Your last name is your password. It is case sensitive (for example, if your last name is Smith, then your password is Smith).
If your last name has any special characters (hyphen or apostrophe), the hyphen or apostrophe must be entered (for example, O'Donnel).
After logging in, you will be prompted to change your password to something more secure. You will also have the option to change your username.
